We are a Niagara-based consulting firm helping non-profit organizations of all sizes become more functional, engaged and effective. Non-profits can be intricate and hard to navigate. We work with senior staff and boards of directors who want to:

We train, coach, develop policy and facilitate dialogue around the board table. We create a safe place for staff and board to communicate expectations and set goals, together.
